担当スタイリストを指名したいのですが、指名料はありますか？

指名料はいただいておりません。
ご予約の際にご希望のスタイリストをお申し付けください。
There is no extra charge for requesting a stylist of your choice.
Please let us know when booking.
予約をしたいのですが、髪型が決まっていないので予約メニューがわかりません。
I want to book an appointment but don’t know what to do with my
hair.
十分なお時間をご用意できるよう、お考えのメニューはご予約の際にできるだけ全てお伝え下さい。スタイリストとのカウンセリングにより、当日施術メニューを決めていただく事が可能です。当日施術メニューをプラスされる場合は担当スタイリストまでご相談ください。カウンセリングのみのご予約も承ります。お気軽にご相談ください。
Please let us know roughly how you would like your hair done when
booking. We will reserve a slightly longer slot for you and you can decide which menu to do at the salon after a consultation with your stylist.
Please check your stylist if you would like to add menus on the day.

予約の時間に遅れそうなのですが、受け付けてもらえますか？
I might be late for my appointment. Can I still have my hair done?
ご予約のお時間に変更がある場合は、必ず前持ってご連絡下さいますようお願いいたします。15分以上ご変更のあるお客様には、ご予約日程のご変更をお願いする場合がございます。
If there are changes to your appointment, please let us know
immediately. We may ask you to re-schedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
予約は一名なのですが、終わるまで友人をサロンで待たせてもいいですか？
Can my friends wait in the salon while I have my hair done?
お席に余裕がある場合は、待合スペースにてお連れ様もお待ち頂けます。
待合スペースには限りがございます。沢山のお連れ様、混雑時等はサロン外での待ち合わせをお願いする場合がございます。
Your friends can wait for you in the waiting area when there is enough
space. As we have limited seats in the waiting area, at busy times and
for a client with more than a few persons waiting, we may ask you to
arrange to meet them somewhere outside the salon.
予約に変更がある場合、いつまでに連絡すればいいですか？
I have changes to my appointment. When can I let you know by?
できる限り多くのお客様にご入店いただけますよう、ご予約の変更、キャンセルは48時間前までにお願い致します。
To have as many waiting customers in as possible, please give us 48
hours notice for re-schedules and cancellations.
