– 当サロンをご利用にあたってのお願い

To all our reserved guests, to provide a comfortable stay during our treatment, we kindly seek for your understanding on our time management as below:

– Appointment Rules
  • If you will be running late from your scheduled appointment, please call us as early as possible.
  • If you are 15 minutes late from your appointment time, we may not operate the “shampoo” or “massage” to shorten the treatment process.
  • If you are 20 minutes late from your appointment time, we may not be able to do any treatment, and ask you to reschedule your appointment instead.
  • In case we end up extending our operation time to finish your treatment due to your late show, we may charge for those extra time.
  • For any last minute cancellation or no show, we may ask for the deposit on your next appointment, or may not take your bookings anymore.
– Information on our deposit

For any booking which requires more than 3 hours or more for treatment, we are asking all customers on deposit to be paid at the time of the appointment made.

If you need to cancel an appointment of which you have already paid a deposit, please be aware of the following conditions.

  • Cancellation 48 hours before appointment: Full refund
  • 24 hours before: Half refund
  • On the day: No refund
– Dear Accompanied Guests

For anyone who is accompanying our customer, we kindly ask you to sit and wait at the entrance Sofa, or the counter seats until their treatments are done.

We need to prioritise our reserved customers, which therefore, may ask you to move the seats or leave the salon in case other customer need to use them instead.

For our safety reasons, please do not walk around the salon or sit on the mirror seats. We carry sharpened tools and chemicals, which may be harmful and dangerous. We also carry valuable items of all of our guest, which we need to take cautions,
We also ask you to be quiet while waiting, so that we won’t get distracted. It is important for us to focus, and concentrate on our work, so we can provide our best performance in our service.

  • ご予約時間に遅れます際にはお電話にて出来るだけ早めにご連絡頂けます様お願い申し上げます。
  • 15分以内の遅れの場合は、シャンプー・マッサージ等を短縮させて頂く場合がございます。
  • 20分以上の遅れの場合は、次のお客様の施術を優先させて頂きますので当日のご予約状況により施術が出来ない場合がございます。
  • 大幅な遅れの場合、営業時間内に施術が終了できない際には料金とは別途時間外料金を頂く場合がございます。
  • ご連絡なし、もしくは予約時間間近での急なキャンセルをされました場合は、次回のご予約をお受けできない又はデポジットを頂いてからの次回予約をお願いする場合がございます。
