If you are not satisfied with the results and you contact us within 14 days about hair service ・7days about nail and eyelash service after your appointment date, we will try our best to fulfil your standards free of charge.
当店での施術にはスタッフ一同常に万全を期しておりますが、万が一ご満足いただけないことがございましたら、お手数ですが、なるべくお早目に当店までご一報くださいませ。
施術日よりヘアに関しましては１４日以内、ネイル・アイラッシュに関しましては７日以内にご連絡を頂いた場合で、再施術が必要な際には施術料は当店で負担させて頂きます。
