Excellent Japanese hairdressers maintaining high standards for the 10+ years I’ve been a customer. This is a high standard Japanese hair salon that offers the usual cuts, colouring, and some nail work. Can’t comment on the colouring or nail work as I’ve never needed this. I have had a cut and wash with a variety of different stylists over the years. I’ve never been disappointed, the staff are friendly and offer excellent service to be expected of a Japanese salon. Something worth noting is that this is one of the few Japanese salons that are open on Sundays. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and quality of professional staff. Even their scissors are imported from Japan and having lived in London most of my life, going to Tony & Guy and every soho stylist you can imagine, this team makes the competition look like amateurs. I also hear that their nails are done by an award winner. If you’re English (like me) don’t be shy, go in because they are all very nice.

They totally understand what I ask for, surprisingly this very simple ask is extremely difficult to get from other places, that’s why I kept going despite the relatively higher rate.

We are trying our best to accommodate as many of you as we can whilst also keeping safety as our number one priority. Following government guidelines we are therefore limiting the number of clients and stylists in the salon at one time. We understand that this may mean it isn’t always easy to get your preferred time slot or day and we ask for your patience for the time being. 

We are sorry but our eyelash services remain closed at present. 

<Guidelines for clients coming to the salon>

Following government advice we kindly ask all clients who are coming to the salon to be aware of the following:

– Please wear a mask or face covering

– Please use the hand sanitiser located at the reception

– Please understand that we cannot serve you any drinks

– Please understand that we are not providing magazines (tablet are available)

– Please understand that we cannot provide any massage services at this time

– Please understand that we cannot serve a client who has a fever, is in poor physical condition or is in quarantine

– Please come to the salon alone where possible

All of our staff will check their temperature before coming to the salon and if a staff has a high temperature, the staff will stay home. If that is the case, there might be some sudden change we need to ask you with your booking. Thank you for your understanding and we will do our best to make sure our salon is a safe environment for all our clients.

In these difficult financial times we would like to ask all customers to contribute a 10% service charge to support us as we move beyond the current crisis. The service charge is not compulsory, so if you are unhappy with our service charge suggestion, please do not hesitate to let us know when you are checking out.
