1. ケラチントリートメントとは？

ケラチントリートメントとは、髪の主成分であるタンパク質「ケラチン」を補充・結合させることで、ダメージを受けた髪の内部構造を修復し、表面のキューティクルを整えるサロントリートメントです。

もともと髪はケラチンタンパク質によって構成されていますが、カラーリングやパーマ、紫外線、乾燥、ドライヤーの熱などによって日々少しずつ失われていきます。その結果、髪がパサつく、広がる、ツヤがなくなる、ダメージを受けやすくなるといった悩みが生じます。

ケラチントリートメントでは、高濃度のケラチン成分をナノサイズの分子で髪の芯まで浸透させ、熱処理で定着させることで、サラサラ・ツヤツヤのまとまりやすい髪へと導きます。コンディショナーや市販のトリートメントとの最大の違いは、この「髪の内部から補修する」という点にあります。

① 効果は永久ではなく、定期的なメンテナンスが必要

ケラチントリートメントの効果は2〜4ヶ月程度で徐々に薄れていきます。永続的に効果を維持するには、定期的なサロン施術が必要です。Baroque Tokyoでは4〜6週間ごとのメンテナンストリートメントをおすすめしています。

② 施術後48〜72時間は洗髪を控える必要がある

施術直後は、ケラチンが髪の内部にしっかりと定着するまでの時間が必要です。この間に洗髪すると、ケラチンが十分に結合する前に流れ出てしまい、効果が半減します。施術後48〜72時間は洗髪をお控えください（施術によって異なります）。

③ 施術直後は髪を結んだりクリップで留めたりしないこと

定着期間中にゴムやクリップで跡がつくと、その形のまま固まってしまうことがあります。施術当日〜翌日は髪をおろした状態でお過ごしください。

④ 使用するシャンプーを選ぶ必要がある

硫酸塩（ラウレス硫酸Na・ラウリル硫酸Naなど）を含むシャンプーは、ケラチンを急速に洗い流してしまいます。施術後は硫酸塩フリー・ノンシリコンシャンプーの使用が必須です。

⑤ 強いくせ毛・太いうねりには効果が限定的なことがある
